At Kid’s Korner, we hand-select each product that we sell, and are very proud of every item and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before or after you place your order. We would be happy to help you make a selection, answer any questions, or take your order over the phone.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received
and in most cases can not be canceled. In order to provide you
with the best customer service possible, we will accept your return/exchange
within 14 days upon receipt of your item. All merchandise will need to
be returned in new, unused/unopened in saleable condition, and be in
original packaging, with all tags attached. Item(s) returned
to Kid’s Korner for a refund, exchange, or store credit must be
post marked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). Return
the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement
item. Undeliverable shipments, refused deliveries, and unauthorized
returns will be charged for the original shipping fees plus a $25 handling
fee. All shipping fees and gift wrap fees are not refundable. For
returns on free shipping offers, excluding free Oahu shipping, the original
shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. The following
items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale, fabric,
custom made items, furniture, personal hygiene items, and personalized,
monogrammed, or special order items. Please contact
us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report
any problems. All sales become final 14 days after you receive
the item(s).
Charges:
Your account is charged at the time the order is entered. We will never charge
you hidden fees. All fees and shipping charges are calculated during the
checkout process and clearly shown to you before you confirm your order. In
the case that additional fees are required, we will contact you promptly
before proceeding with your order.
Shipping:
We ship all items United States priority mail. Items ordered
should arrive within 7-10 business days. We would be happy to
ship any in-stock item to you overnight. Please contact
us by telephone for express orders. We currently do not ship
outside of the United States. Items shipped on the island of Oahu
are free and will be delivered within the next day or two of placing
your order. We will always contact you to arrange delivery.

to Kid's Korner through this Web site is governed by the Kid's Korner
Privacy Policy.

We truly value you as a customer and would never share, sell, or rent your
personal information with any third party without your advance permission
or unless ordered by a court of law. We want you to order with assurance,
knowing that we hold your information in the strictest confidence. The only
time that we may contact you will be regarding your order status or to send
you information regarding sale items and special offers. You may contact
us at any time to be removed from our mailing list.

safety. Your credit card information is not stored in our servers. It
is encrypted and sent securely to be processed by PayPal, a well known
and respected internet payment gateway. This increases security, providing
you with peace of mind and a safe place to shop.
*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with. Look for the unbroken key or closed lock on your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.
